Hi there, my 11 year old son has some crowding in his mouth and he is terrified about having to have one or some of his teeth pulled. What are the options for care that you can suggest.

Hope this message finds you well. We understand how scary the prospect of having to get a tooth pulled is for a child of any age. Teeth crowding can be the result of a large array of causes and pulling teeth is not the only option. Without doing a proper assessment on your son it would be impossible for us to provide you with the best course of action.
